Bring the courage-building leadership program
from Dr. Brené Brown's research & new book "Dare To Lead"
to your organization today.
This workshop is for organizations
leaders and teams.
leader noun | lead • er | \ˈlēdər\
Anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to develop that potential.
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion along with instructions to add a LinkedIn badge to their LinkedIn account recognizing their mastery of the four skill sets of courage.

"Having the opportunity to participate in the Dare to Lead workshop, facilitated by Lizi Oceransky was truly an amazing experience of personal growth, internal search, with access to information I never learned before. All this awakened in me the desire to become a better leader - to be brave, but at the same time, to be tender and fair; to face fear with courage and integrity and to give others the space to grow and the opportunity they deserve without judging and without making assumptions, and with the hope that throughout the process, we will all develop and grow.
Thank you so much, Lizi! Best wishes, Leonor Hungerford."
This is brave work

DARE TO LEAD™ WORKSHOP?
